I keep meaning to post but I feel like I've got so little time at the moment. I've started a new job, permanent this time, but it's in the city centre and travelling there is a proverbial... It takes so long. I know there are people who have much longer commutes than an hour and a quarter but I don't want to be one of them. Especially since if I don't get lucky, I do have longer. I'm also not appreciating the walk up a very steep hill when I get to town. I don't mind the walk, it's just the steep hill and the coming on top of an hour's journey that annoys me.

But I'm not complaining because I'm really enjoying the new job so I'm going to find a way to make it work. I'm looking into car sharing. What's depressing is that it'll probably be cheaper that way. It should be possible to use public transport to commute without it costing a day and a half's pay per month.
