The UFO RR arrived on Saturday. My parents were visiting for the weekend and my mum gave me a very stern look when I opened it as she thought I’d been buying more stash. Despite being a stitcher, she doesn’t stash. I explained the concept of RRs to her and she thinks they’re a marvellous idea. In fact she thinks they’re so good, she offered to stitch on mine when it comes back if it doesn’t get finished off.

I’ll convert her to stash one day.

I’m also excited because my dragon eggs hatched over the weekend. Of course, I’d been checking them every hour during the week and on the weekend I ignored them. You know what they say about a watched pot never boiling…anyway, I now have four dragon hatchlings, who now appear where the eggs were in the previous post. I’m quite pleased that none of the eggs died and am promptly adopting some more tomorrow.
